We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in new condition within 14 days of the delivery date.

Step 1: Make sure it hasn't been past 14 days for return or 30 days for exchange.

Step 2: Ship your item(s) back. Email us if you need our address: hello@moonlitmalas.com.

Step 3: Fill out this form with your tracking info after you ship the item.

Step 4: Be patient as we process your request. 

Step 5: Depending on your form request or date received, our shipping department will either refund or send you a code to re-order within 5-7 business days of your item arriving back into our inventory.

 

FAQ:

Do we supply shipping labels?
No, we do not cover shipping on returns or exchanges. 

Will we accept items for a refund after 14 days?
No, sorry. We cannot issue refund after two weeks.
You can, however, exchange up to 30 days. 

Sale items are not accepted back under any circumstance. All sale items are FINAL SALE.
